Holy Week is the last week of Lent, the week immediately preceding Easter. It spans from when Jesus arrived in Jerusalem to when He was crucified. Holy Week is set apart as a time to celebrate Christ's ministry and remember His suffering and death.

We invite you to participate in our Holy Week schedule of activities as a way to prepare your hearts for the joy of Christ's Resurrection on Easter Sunday.

Lynn Haven UMC Worship Center

Join us for a devoted time of prayer, quiet reflection and the celebration of Holy Communion which will serve as a time to remember Jesus' time with the disciples in the Upper Room.

The early Christian church introduced the custom of foot washing to imitate the humility and selfless love of Jesus, who washed the feet of the Twelve Apostles at the Last Supper (John 13:1–15), the night before his Crucifixion.

Childcare is available for ages 0-5.

Dear children, I will be with you only a little longer. And as I told the Jewish leaders, you will search for me, but you can’t come where I am going. So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.”

John 13:33-35 NLT
