Come worship the newborn King during our Christmas Eve services of candlelighting and Holy Communion.

To ensure adequate space for everyone, attendance will be by reservation this year.

The  1 pm service will be reserved for older adults and persons who are most vulnerable to COVID-19 or other illness. Childcare for ages 0-5 will be offered at the 3 and 5 pm services.

At all services, our regular practices of mask wearing and physical distancing are expected.

Give in honor of the Newborn Messiah

During the Advent and Christmas Season we invite you to make a special contribution in support of two of our partner organizations, Anchorage Children's Home and Embrace Florida Kids (United Methodist Children's Homes in Florida).

Our goal is to receive $25,000 in donations which will be matched dollar-for-dollar from the church Mission fund, resulting in a $25,000 gift to each ministry. To give, just click the link below and choose Christmas Offering in the fund selection dropdown.

Thank you for your generous giving in honor of God's greatest gift to us, his precious son Jesus!

Advent: The Christian New Year

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. (John 1:1-5)

The season of Advent, which comes comes from the Latin word adventus meaning "coming" or "visit," begins four Sundays before Christmas and ends on Christmas Eve. Advent is the beginning of the church year for Christians.

United Methodist minister and author J.D. Walt says that Advent "issues a clarion call to wake from our slumber, realign life, and get in step with the Holy Spirit."

We hope you will gather with family, friends, and neighbors and celebrate the Christian New Year this Advent!
