Welcome to Lynn Haven UMC

We are a church that aims to Love God and Love Others in Life-Giving Ways.

Our Mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who bring God's Love and Life to their community and world. Here in Bay County, Florida - still recovering from Hurricane Michael - we believe our Mission has never been more urgent and the need for our authenticity has never been greater. We’d love to have you come and be part of what’s happening here.

Life on Mission

Through our partnerships locally and around the world we have been able to continue much of our our mission work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are thankful for the generosity of our members! Your giving has allowed us to continue to share God's love here in Bay County and around the world.

Group Bible Study

You are invited to join Lynn Haven United Methodist Church for our 2020 Bible study series. Each study will focus on one section of the Bible, with up to five readings per week at your own pace. Plan 3 of 4 is The Psalms (Part 1), starting June 7.

If desired, you can opt in for a weekly email with commentary, links to related content and other resources to help you deepen your knowledge of that week's Scripture readings.

Rebuilding after the storm...

Both campuses of Lynn Haven UMC were destroyed by Hurricane Michael on Oct. 10, 2018.

Our second campus, formerly known as the Fusion Fitness Center, has been reconstructed and is now our primary worship and ministry space.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the building opening was pushed from March to June 2020. An official Grand Opening and Community Celebration Event will be announced soon!

Our Comeback Story

Invest in Eternity

During this time of recovery for our community, the mission of Lynn Haven UMC has never been more needed. We exist to share the good news of Jesus Christ, so that individuals, our community and the world can be changed. Tithes and offerings during the recovery from Hurricane Michael are helping to restore church operations and ministries. Additionally, we are so thankful to our many Recovery Partners who have come alongside us through prayer, presence and financial support.
