Provide overall leadership for Children’s Ministries (K-5) at Lynn Haven United Methodist Church.
- Plan and manage elementary age children’s ministries on Sunday mornings, including the Treasure Kids children’s church at both campuses - Organize and oversee Awana and other activities on Wednesday nights- Organize teachers and servants for K-5th grade ministries and schedule substitutes as needed

Oversee daily administration and provide human resource and property management leadership to all LHUMC campuses.
Facility- Serve as the church liaison and coordinator of all construction and building projects.
Finance- Create the annual budget with input from church ministry staff.
Human Resources- Develop a comprehensive human resources plan with policies, structures, and processes for church staff, in coordination with Staff-Parish Relations Committee and Pastors.
